Blood, big explosions, and a... fiery Wolverine in an epic quest for eye candy.
Cinematic teasers of games often have absolutely no bearing on gameplay, but they sure make you wish they did. Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning recently received its own fancy-looking eye tease, and although a tad busy, it has the same effect. Considering Gillooly publicly wet his pants over such a beast from Blizzard, I figure it’s only fair we also show the competition at its best.
Now, I’m not at all familiar with Warhammer lore. It all looks like generic dwarf, elf, orc, and goblin fodder to me – so, I have precisely no idea of what’s going on here, but it sure looks pretty.
Perhaps over-narrated, but hilarity ensues, with an orc pummelling a helpless bloke into the ground and a spherical dinosaur thing that eats a goblin and bursts into flames.
Deep down, I wish someone would step up to the MMO plate and serve some actual fresh and inventive gameplay. Whether EA’s Warhammer Online can deliver this, we’ll find out soon after its release on the 18th of September.

Its called a squig.
Warhammer has been going the 4e DND path, which WoTLK is also following.
I'm NDA'd. :D But it had some innovation, but not quite enough to draw me away from WoTLK full-time.
