Microsoft reveals trailer and small details about Halo 3 expansion campaign.
Microsoft has followed up Bungie’s recent teaser campaign with a proper trailer for next year’s Recon expansion. There are still very few details about the game beyond it being a prequel to the main campaign in which you play a Recon soldier during the events leading up to Halo 3. That’s right, Master Chief is taking a well earned break and handing the reigns to a new protagonist for this adventure.
As an interesting aside, it looks like the speculative dates in the original teaser were wrong, with the game not due to hit until next US fall, rather than early January as popular opinion took the teaser to mean.
